The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading specialist Family Law teams.
Recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, The Family team advises on a broad range of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings and children matters. The successful candidate will work alongside highly regarded specialists on high-quality cases involving complex asset structures, business interests, pensions, trusts and privately funded children work.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and supporting a varied caseload of family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Complex financial cases involving businesses, pensions and trust structures
- Private children matters, including child arrangements and specific issue applications
- Drafting court documents, witness statements, financial disclosure and correspondence
- Attending client meetings and providing practical, empathetic legal advice
- Liaising with counsel, experts and other professional advisers
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Contributing to team strategy discussions and knowledge sharing
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience managing or assisting with family law matters
- Strong interest in financial remedy and privately funded children work
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the Family Procedure Rules
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Exposure to complex financial remedy cases involving trusts, pensions or business assets
