We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a wide range of general maintenance tasks and able to work independently with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- General property maintenance
- Gardening and grounds upkeep
- Brickwork and plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Assisting with groundwork and drainage tasks
-Any other handyperson experience would be advantageous
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Full driving licence essential
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach
-Physically fit and able to lift 10kg+

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (8am - 4.30pm), Monday to Friday (40 hours week), but some flexibility for overtime may be needed for work in progress.
