We are looking for a full time Service Advisor to assit with the running of this award winning garage business.
A varied role within the Automotive Industry, working alongside the front of house team , to assist with all level’s of service advisor and customer service work passing through a busy forward focused business.
A varied role within the Automotive Industry which will include:
- Customer service dealing with customers by telephone, email, text and face - face visits.
- Excellent communication skills
- Processing work using a company garage management system
- Parts ordering, allocating parts to jobs and processing returns
- Excellent organisational skills
- Data entry and CRM
- Using AI integrations
- Customer follow calls
Overseeing elements of the current garage management system (all training provided)

Working hours: 5 days a week - full time (8.15am - 5.45pm)

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Customer Service experience of at least 3 years (preferred)
