Overview
We are seeking reliable and attentive Adhoc Invigilators to oversee examinations and assessments on an as-needed basis. This role is essential in maintaining a secure, fair, and professional environment during testing periods.
Duties
- Supervising candidates during examinations to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
- Verifying candidate identities and distributing examination materials
- Monitoring exam rooms to prevent misconduct or malpractice
- Providing clear instructions to candidates regarding exam procedures
- Addressing any issues or disruptions swiftly and professionally
- Collecting, organising, and securely storing completed exam papers and materials after assessments
- Maintaining a quiet, organised, and conducive environment for testing purposes
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and vigilance in monitoring exam conditions
- Good communication skills to convey instructions clearly and effectively
