Job Specifics.
- this is an autonomous role reporting directly to the Owner and Office Manager. You will be provided with a fully expensed company vehicle along with all tools to service regular window cleaning schedules across Mid and North Devon working as part of an 8 person team that is highly motivated and customer focused. Schedules are run from a mobile app and all billing and invoicing is completed remotely by the app.
-Your main role is cleaning windows, mainly external, along with conservatory windows and roofs using reach and wash water fed pole systems and periodically squeegee for some specific customers. Other duities include but are not limted to completion of gutter clearances using gutter vacuums and some laddder work to inspect downpipes and gutter clearance inspections and completing minor gutter repairs - Full Training will be provided.
- You will be required to follow safety procedures and guidelines while working at heights or with cleaning chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, equipment and tools used for window cleaning
Skills Required.
- Attention to detail: Ability to clean windows thoroughly, ensuring no streaks or smudges are left behind
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods of time is required as part of the role and you cannot be shy of bad weather as we work in all weathers completing various tasks.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks when required and complete them within designated time frames
- Customer service: Ability to communicate politely & effectively with clients and address any concerns or requests they may have
- Safety consciousness: Knowledge of safety protocols when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals
