We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at Seventy Five at Liberty, a Two Rosette, award-winning restaurant set within one of London’s most iconic department stores. Our menus celebrate modern British cuisine, with an emphasis on sustainability and locally sourced produce, all served in a vibrant and stylish setting.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast paced, creative kitchen at one of London’s most exciting dining destinations, while playing a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a designated section, supporting the preparation, production and service of dishes to a high standard
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team on seasonal menus, specials and daily service
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, presentation and consistency across all dishes
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
- Manage stock levels on your section, including ordering, rotation and minimising wastage
- Support and mentor junior kitchen team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
- Ensure all kitchen equipment on your section is cleaned, maintained and fully operational
About You
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment
- Experience in Michelin or rosette level kitchens preferred
- A genuine passion for modern British cuisine and fresh, seasonal produce
- Well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene and allergen management
- Reliable, flexible and a natural team player with a collaborative approach
