LB Bentley is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst Apprentice to support the Sales and Marketing function. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience working with sales data, reporting systems, forecasting tools, and CRM platforms while developing valuable analytical and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Marketing Director with sales performance reporting, dashboards, and management information
Maintain and administer LB Bentley’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Assist with sales forecasting processes by consolidating, validating, and analysing sales data
Support commercial governance processes including opportunity reviews, pricing approvals, and internal sales reviews
Track progress of key sales opportunities and awarded projects, highlighting risks or deviations to stakeholders
Support the preparation of commercial proposals by maintaining pricing systems and tools, including the Filters & Dryers pricing portal
Assist with tender costing activities by consolidating vendor responses and maintaining cost input summaries within Tender and Sales systems
Ensure structured storage and traceability of commercial documentation and sales data
Support continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting tools, and CRM discipline
Comply with all LB Bentley policies, governance requirements, and commercial procedures
Desired Skills & Qualities
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised and methodical approach to work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong interest in developing a career within a technical B2B sales environment
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Maths 4/C and English 4/C is essential for this role
Salary, Hours & Benefits
Salary from £21,000 per annum
Monday – Thursday 8AM – 4.40PM, Friday 8AM – 1.30PM
