We are looking for a reliable and motivated Yard FLT Driver to join our team here at Mercia Garden Products LTD.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently using a forklift truck
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
- Moving stock around the yard and warehouse as required
- Checking goods in and out, ensuring accuracy and reporting any damages
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised yard at all times
- Supporting the smooth running of daily yard operations
- Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assisting with general yard duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence – Counterbalance (essential)
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or similar environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
This is a full time role working 46.25 hours per week
7am-5pm
£13.47 per hour plus bonus opportunities
Due to location transport is required
