Scheme Manager (Temporary)
Location: North-West London
Rate: £19.73 per hour PAYE or £25.43 Umbrella
Hours: 37 hours per week (8-4)
Contract: Temporary, Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Independent Living Partner to support customers across two independent living schemes in London. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality housing management services for older residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence are maintained. You will act as the first point of contact for tenancy and leasehold enquiries, carry out compliance checks, and help build a strong sense of community within schemes.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver housing management services across designated schemes and properties
· Act as the main point of contact for tenancy and leasehold queries
· Carry out health & safety and compliance checks, including alarm system management
· Provide welfare contact and support, making referrals to internal and external services where appropriate
· Promote resident engagement, encouraging participation in community activities
· Support service delivery across multiple sites as required
About You
· Understanding of the needs of older people and a passion for promoting independence
· Experience in housing management and knowledge of tenancy-related issues
· Confident using IT systems
· Ability to work independently in a lone working environment
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
