Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IRATA Rope Access Level 3 technician to join our specialised team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing complex rope access tasks at height, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision across various industrial environments. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise rope access operations at height, adhering strictly to safety standards and IRATA guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on structures using advanced rope access techniques.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
- Perform technical work such as welding, mechanical adjustments, or installation tasks as required on-site.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly maintained, inspected, and used in accordance with safety protocols.
- Document work activities accurately and report any safety concerns or anomalies promptly.
- Provide training or guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians when necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience as an IRATA Rope Access Level 3 technician with relevant certifications.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in welding techniques suitable for industrial applications.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures related to working at height and confined spaces.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.

Pay: £18.56-£38.87 per hour
