Major Healthcare is looking for a strong, values-led Registered Manager to open and lead a new children’s residential home.

The Role
- Register with Ofsted and lead the home to full compliance
- Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment
- Lead, develop, and support your staff team
- Ensure strong safeguarding and care standards
- Drive positive outcomes for children with complex needs
What You Need
- Level 5 (or working towards)
- Experience in children’s residential care leadership
- Strong Ofsted knowledge
- Confidence to lead and build a service
Learning & Development
- Structured leadership onboarding
- Face-to-face training including BLS and safeguarding
- NAPPI training focused on least restrictive practice
- Brand new e-learning platform
