What you will be doing:
As a Reception Supervisor, you will be working with and leading our Front Office team to create and deliver an exceptional welcome experience for our guests.
You will act as a role model for our Front Office team, leading from the front and taking control for the day-to-day smooth running of our operations. You will have superb knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and room categories and will ensure all our guests receive a personalised and tailored experience.
You will be training and monitoring the performance of our Receptionists, helping the Front Office Manager with identifying individual and team development needs.
We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and engaged hotelier. Leadership. communication, and organisation skills are essential to succeed in this role. Whether you have experience supervising a team or are a Receptionist ready for the next step in your career, we will provide you with all the trainings and tools to do and excel in your job.
