Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Perform specialised services including facials, microneedling, chemical peels
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, guest reception, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Utilise management skills to organise bookings, stock inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and enhance brand visibility
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering skincare advice, and ensuring a high standard of customer care
- Assist with organising events or promotional activities related to the spa or wellness centre
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in skincare therapy or related beauty treatments; certifications in eyelash extensions or massage therapy are advantageous
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee appointments and client records efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in social media management to support marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of customer service principles within a hospitality or wellness environment
- Ability to perform makeup application and barbering techniques is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully while prioritising client satisfaction
- Organised with attention to detail, ensuring all treatments are delivered safely and professionally
