Case Management Team Manager
Permanent
Full time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Grade 6 – starting salary £38,649 pa (pay award pending)
Petersfield / Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
We are looking for an exceptional people leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
As a key part of our organisation, the Case Management Team sits at the heart of our customer experience. Acting as the first point of contact, the team ensures our residents can easily access the services they need. We are now seeking a highly motivated and confident manager to lead, inspire and develop this vital service.
About the role
In this role, you will:

Lead, motivate and support a team of Case Management Specialists

Champion excellent customer service across telephone, digital and face‑to‑face channels

Drive continuous improvement and help shape how services are delivered

Embed our organisational values — positive, bold, respectful, and results‑driven — in everything you do

Play an active role in preparing for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), contributing to the future design of local services
