Since it began its operation in 2014, Four Oaks Healthcare has provided homecare to residents in east Birmingham area and live in care to residents nationwide. Four Oaks Healthcare is currently hiring for the current vacancy:
Homecare Healthcare Assistant (Community/ Domiciliary Care)
Minimum Hrs: 25hrs per week (full time and part time work available on a zero hours contract - Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK with no time limitations. Any time limitations must exceed the minimum 25 hours as detailed above. NO SPONSORSHIPS ARE GIVEN AT THIS TIME)
Payable Salary: £12.71 per hour
Shift times: 07:00am-14:00pm - 15:00pm-21:00pm (split shifts and breaks given)
Shift areas: B24, B23, B76, B36, B34
Transportation: DRIVERS ESSENTIAL (Candidates must have a clean, full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with a valid and updated MOT and Insurance certificate.)
Candidates must exceed the age of 18 years old for this job role due to the mature nature of some duties. English speaking candidates are required for this role.
Duties of the job include, but are not limited to:
- Personal care of both men and women.
- Medication administration (this includes oral, topical and optical medication as well as enteral feeding).
- Moving and Handling service users with the use of lifting aids and equipment.
- Food preparation. Including the handling of meats and raw produce.
- Companionship
Both on and off the job training is provided to all successful candidates free of charge upfront with a small cost for certificates. DBS checks can be carried out for a small charge of £14.70.
We have an exciting opportunity for weekend workers. We are looking for, in addition to the above information, someone who can work Friday 9:30am until 13:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am until 2pm EVERY WEEKEND
