Based in Woolsbridge Industrial Estate, Three Legged Cross, we operate across five industrial units and employ over 35 dedicated team members.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Raw Production Operative to join our production team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working within our raw production department, preparing pork products to the high standards our customers expect.
Main duties will include:
- Processing raw pork products through various stages of production
- Trimming, injecting, curing, tumbling, forming, and loading products into cookers
- Following structured production processes to maintain consistency and quality
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
- Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
You will be trained to the required standards in trimming raw meat and supported throughout your development within the role.

Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00AM start
- 40 hours per week
- Job done basis
- No weekends or evening work
