Team Leader – Supported Living
Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time
Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Clacton-on-Sea.

About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will:
• Lead and support a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
• Ensure individuals receive person-centred support tailored to their needs
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation
• Support with medication administration and compliance
• Work closely with management to maintain high service standards
• Act as a role model and provide on-the-job coaching to staff
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in supported living or health & social care
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
