Maintenance all rounder based in the Borders with travel
General handyman/maintenance engineer required to join our team with responsibility for maintaining and upgrading various properties across the highlands including Inverness, Fochabers, Fraserburgh and occasionally further afield.
Skills required
- Painting and decorating to a good standard
- Plumbing to a good standard (blockages, plumbing showers/sinks etc)
- Tiling to a good standard
- Basic joinery
- Confident with electrics (basic)
- Roofing
Ideal skills in addition
- Knowledge of refrigeration/air conditioning
- Catering equipment experience
- Heating/boiler knowledge
Applicants;
- Must be flexible, responsible and able to work in a safe and secure manner.
- Must be physically fit due to nature of work
- Must have a car/van capable of collecting and transporting materials/equipment
- Must have their own tools to cover a wide range of tasks as above
- Must have the ability to plan workload and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18.00 per hour
