Elevate Infrastructure is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring the efficient operation of executive activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and other communications
Organise meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Support executives with day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
Pay: £45,524.08-£64,516.38 per year
