Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our busy office. The role involves a mix of data entry, client communication, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising, filling, and maintaining records, check schedule
- Help preparing reports and arrange courriers for clients
- Chasing purchase order numbers from clients
- Managing a busy email inbox, filing emails into appropriate location and responding promptly
- Issue notification emails to clients
- Generate and issue invoices to clients
- Assist client services team with general admin tasks
- Handling phone calls and providing professional call support
- Booking couriers and arranging shipments
- Accurate Data entry into Excel and LIMS systems
- Printing labels, scanning, and general document management
- Any duties deemed reasonable for this position
Requirements
- Previous admin experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel) and comfortable with databases
- Fast and accurate typing
- Confident phone manner and good written communication skills
- Reliable and detail oriented
