Farm Operative - Responsibilities:
- Operating tractors and other farm machinery safely and effectively
- General farm maintenance, repairs of machinery and upkeep of buildings and equipment.
- Maintaining high standards of welfare, cleanliness, and safety.
Farm Operative - Skills and Attributes
- Background in agricultural business
- Experience operating farm machinery - tractors, telehandlers etc
- Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
- Computer literate
