Experienced Gardener
Willbee Services is an established landscaping and garden maintenance company based near Chipping Norton, working on large private gardens and commercial sites across the Cotswolds.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gardener to join our friendly team. This role involves maintaining high-end gardens to a high standard and working as part of a professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General garden maintenance (mowing, strimming, pruning, weeding)
- Planting, bed preparation, and seasonal tasks
- Hedge cutting and lawn care
- Using hand tools and power tools safely
- Working to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous professional gardening experience (essential)
- Good plant knowledge and practical skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
