Responsibilities

- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support stock management and inventory checks as needed.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
