Your Role as Room Leader
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitor children’s development and ensure high-quality observations and assessments
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met
- Support, mentor, and develop team members within your room
- Work closely with management to continuously improve practice
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A passionate, proactive, and positive attitude
- A genuine love for working with children and helping others grow

Pay: £13.50-£14.30 per hour
