Element Recruitment are pleased to partner with a leading Professional Services business in Bristol who are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their established and collaborative HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role you will:
- Partner with key divisions to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support managers in employee relations, HR advice, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and staff
- Contribute to a positive employee experience and cultural change projects

The role offers flexible hybrid working, with two days in the Central Bristol office, with a £36,000 per annum salary along with fantastic benefit including:
