Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take ownership of a dynamic rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological needs?
National Care Group is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead its Albert Road service in Levenshulme, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions on their journey towards greater independence and recovery.
About the Service
Albert Road is a specialist neurological residential service supporting adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions. The service provides both transitional and long-term residential rehabilitation for adults aged 18 and over, within a structured and supportive environment designed to promote independence and skill development. The service supports up to 7 individuals across a purpose-built setting spread over multiple floors, with lift access throughout. The environment includes shared kitchens that support daily living skills, alongside dedicated activity and quiet spaces designed to support cognitive rehabilitation, engagement and wellbeing.
Albert Road is a Good CQC rated service, with a strong focus on recovery, personalised outcomes and multidisciplinary partnership working.
About You
You are an experienced Registered Manager who can confidently take ownership of a service and lead teams to deliver high-quality care.
You will have:
· Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager within learning disabilities, mental health or neurological services
· NVQ or QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards
· Level 4 award or above in Leadership and Management
· Experience managing budgets and operational performance
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be:
· Holding full CQC registration and accountability for the service
· Overseeing care planning, assessments and support delivery
· Managing quality, compliance and audits
· Leading safeguarding and incident management
· Overseeing staffing, recruitment and workforce compliance
· Managing budgets, finance processes and resources
· Building relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
· Participating in on-call arrangements
· Driving continuous improvement and service development

Experience:
- CQC Registered Manager: 1 year (preferred)
