At Green Commercial Cleaning, we are looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Contract Supervisors to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while supporting and developing our cleaning teams across a variety of commercial sites.
A company vehicle will be provided, making it easy for you to travel between sites and manage your responsibilities effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Contract Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our teams are motivated, supported, and equipped to deliver the highest standards of cleaning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple client locations.
- Carrying out regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
- Building strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Training and mentoring team members to help them succeed in their roles.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitoring the correct use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Helping to maintain the professional, reliable service that Green Commercial Cleaning is known for.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
You will ideally have:
- Experience within the commercial cleaning or facilities services sector.
- Previous supervisory experience or the confidence and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sites.
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within a cleaning environment.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
Working Hours
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern between two supervisors:
Supervisor 1
- Weeks 1 & 3: Early Shift – 06:00 to 09:00
- Weeks 2 & 4: Late Shift – 15:00 to 20:00
Supervisor 2
- Weeks 1 & 3: Late Shift – 15:00 to 20:00
- Weeks 2 & 4: Early Shift – 06:00 to 09:00
