About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of group travel and events. You will shadow an experienced Project Manager and support the planning and delivery of inbound group travel programmes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in organising and managing inbound group and MICE travel bookings
· Help create detailed travel itineraries and schedules
· Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport, venues) to coordinate services
· Support the Business Development team with tailored client proposals
· Maintain booking records, confirmations, and payment tracking
· Contribute to problem-solving and ensure smooth delivery of programmes
Who We’re Looking For
· Interest in travel, events, tourism, or hospitality
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Good attention to detail and numeracy
· Confident communication skills
· Fluent or strong written and spoken English
· Previous experience in tourism/events is helpful but not required
