We are now looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our team where you'll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
A typical day:
- Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any queries

Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process

Raising customer orders and overseeing the fulfilment process from order placement through to completion.

Identifying and driving near-term sales opportunities in collaboration with Key Account Managers to support revenue growth and customer retention.
