The role of Part Time HR Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and policy compliance
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees
- Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
The ideal Part Time HR Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Able to commute to Nottingham
