Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi‑Trader to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering South London and areas south of the Thames. The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 per annum.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across multiple trades.

Working Hours
- 08:00am – 17:00pm
- Up to 7 jobs per day
Duties Include
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across multiple trades within occupied social housing properties
- Completing a variety of tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and decorating
- Providing a professional and customer‑focused service to residents
- Optional participation in out‑of‑hours call‑out work
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
You Will Be Supplied With
You Must
- Have experience working within social housing properties
- Be skilled across multiple trades
- Provide your own basic hand and power tools
- Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app – BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
- Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
