Telesales Executive – Supreme Car Detailing
Salary £28,000 + Realistic OTE £40,000
Supreme Car Detailing (SCD) is scaling fast across multiple UK locations. We sell premium detailing packages to customers who already value their vehicles and have requested information. We are not looking for order-takers. We are looking for a closer.
A good knowledge of cars and vehicle detailing will be highly beneficial but not essential.
The role is for someone who:
- Is confident controlling a sales call
- Knows how to build authority and trust quickly
- Can handle objections without dropping price
- Consistently converts warm leads into confirmed bookings
The Role:
- Call qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Follow a proven script and booking framework
- Take control of the call and guide customers to a decision
- Close and secure bookings into the diary
- Hit and exceed monthly booking targets
Package:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £37,500
- Commission paid monthly
- 4 weeks paid holiday
- Monday–Friday
- Fully remote
- Full training and ongoing coaching
What you must have:
- Proven telesales experience with evidence of hitting targets
- Strong objection-handling ability
- Confidence asking for the sale
- Discipline to work from home
- Clear, professional phone manner
- Results-driven mindset
