Bassetlaw District Council is looking for an organised and customer-focused Planning Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the Planning Service.
You will support planning administration, use computer and communication systems, assist customers and help the team deliver a high-quality service.
You will have good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate clearly, work as part of a team and read maps and plans.
Experience of planning administration systems, meeting deadlines, GIS or public sector work would be an advantage.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Planning Service.
- Use dedicated computer and communication systems.
- Assist customers by phone, in person and at reception.
- Help maintain high standards of customer care and service delivery.
- Support the team with other duties appropriate to the role.
