Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. This role involves providing specialised beauty treatments, including makeup application, in a welcoming and professional environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, skincare, and other specialised therapies.
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and prepared for use.
- Provide personalised advice on skincare routines, products, and beauty techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries professionally.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Nails ( shellac, BIAB) and general beauty therapy is preferred( waxing includes intimate, tint, lash lift, Brow lamination, facial )
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are desirable but not essential.
