We are seeking an accomplished Transaction Manager to play a central role in driving sales excellence, strengthening process consistency and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes across every transaction.

The Opportunity
- As Transaction Manager, you will provide visible and structured leadership within the Sales department. Working closely with the Head of Business and Sales Manager, you will support the delivery of strong financial results while upholding the standards expected of both the Volkswagen brand and a regulated credit broker.
- You will lead from the front, supporting Sales Executives in building robust, well-qualified deals and ensuring finance conversations are professional, transparent and aligned to customer needs. You will reinforce a disciplined approach to part-exchange appraisal, deal construction and documentation, protecting both margin and customer confidence.
- Success in this role is measured not only by volume and contribution, but by the consistency of process, suitability of recommendations and the overall quality of customer outcomes.
About You
- You are an experienced Transaction Manager with a proven record of delivering strong, sustainable performance within a regulated sales environment.
- You understand that finance performance is built on effective qualification, customer understanding and clear communication, not pressure. You are commercially astute, confident in your leadership, and comfortable operating within FCA expectations, including Consumer Duty principles and conduct rules.
- You hold yourself and your team to high standards of professionalism, integrity and accuracy. You are motivated by long-term performance, reputation and customer loyalty, not short-term gain.
- Experience within a VAG environment would be advantageous; however, we welcome applications from high-calibre individuals from other premium automotive brands.

Pay: £30,000.00-£54,000.00 per year
