Key Roles
- Daily Operations — Oversee opening, prep, service flow, and closing procedures
- Team Leadership — Manage staff rotas, training, motivation, and performance
- Food Quality & Safety — Ensure hygiene, HACCP compliance, and consistent product standards
- Customer Service — Maintain a friendly, efficient environment for regulars and new customers
- Stock & Ordering — Manage suppliers, deliveries, and stock rotation (including dairy and morning deliveries)
- Cash Handling — Oversee till operations, daily takings, and banking
- Energy‑Efficient Kitchen Management — Support transition to new equipment and efficient workflows
- Problem Solving — Handle issues calmly and professionally
