Full job description

PART-TIME HELP WANTED - LICENSED DOG BREEDING HOME

Looking for trustworthy and reliable help in a busy, licensed home dog breeding environment.
This is a hands-on role, so you must be comfortable around multiple dogs and happy to muck in where needed.

Household duties:

Washing and ironing
General household cleaning and tidying
Keeping the home organised and running smoothly

Dog-related duties:

Cleaning and maintaining dog areas
Feeding and general care of dogs
Helping with puppies (cleaning, socialising, basic care)
Basic grooming of dogs (bathing, brushing etc - training can be provided)

Additional tasks:

Light paperwork during quieter periods (full training provided)

What we're looking for:

Someone genuinely reliable - turns up and sticks to agreed hours
Trustworthy and respectful in a home environment
Comfortable working around a lot of dogs
Not afraid of mess or hard work (this is a physical, fast-paced role)
Able to work efficiently and keep up with the pace
Happy to help with both dog care and household tasks
Calm, patient, and good with animals
Someone who takes pride in their work and can work on own initiative.

Relevant dog care qualifications are a bonus but not essential -full training will be provided.

Pay:

£12.71

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm

We can be flexible on number of days worked

Extra hours will be required during school holidays, so flexibility is important

Additional:

Reference may be requested
DBS/PVG check (or willingness to obtain one) preferred

Driving Licence required due to location
