What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care that helps individuals live with dignity, independence and choice.
Your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
- Helping individuals with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance.
- Encouraging independence and supporting people to achieve their goals.
- Assisting with mobility and accessing the community.
- Promoting a safe, respectful and positive environment.
- Following personalised care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.

We're Looking For
We're looking for people who genuinely care.
You should have:
- A minimum of 3-6 months' experience in a UK care setting.
- A compassionate and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- NISCC registration, or willingness to register.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
- An Enhanced AccessNI check (or willingness to obtain one).
A full driving licence is an advantage but isn't essential.
