At Fig., we are passionate about delivering exceptional food and genuinely warm, professional service in a relaxed but high-quality environment. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our front of house team.
This is not a standard waiting role. We are seeking someone with real restaurant experience who understands what excellent service looks like and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a quality restaurant, bistro, hotel, or hospitality setting
- Strong food and drink knowledge with confidence speaking to guests about menus
- Professional, warm and personable manner
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in high standards
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy service environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
- Flexible approach and team mentality
The role:
You’ll play an important part in delivering our evening restaurant experience, helping create an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed, cared for and excited to return.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering attentive, polished table service
- Supporting smooth restaurant operations during service
- Confidently discussing dishes and drinks with guests
- Helping maintain a beautiful, organised front of house environment
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
