Warehouse Operative / Relief Delivery Driver Overview
Are you reliable, hardworking and enjoy a varied role? We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team at our Head Office in East Kilbride.
This is primarily a warehouse-based role, with occasional delivery driving duties to support the team during busy periods or when cover is required. No two days are the same, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing
Warehouse Duties (Main Responsibilities):
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming deliveries.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Assisting with stock control and general warehouse operations.
- Working as part of the team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Delivery Duties (As Required):
- Delivering customer orders safely and professionally.
- Loading and unloading deliveries with care.
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
- Delivering to customers throughout the Central Belt, Ayrshire, Oban, Fort William and Edinburgh when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Someone who is happy to support both warehouse and delivery operations as needed.

Pay: £14.62 per hour
