Key responsibilities of the Luggage Porter
- Ensure guests are welcomed as soon as possible and doors held open
- Assisting with luggage and taking to bedrooms in a timely manner
- Confidently show guests around room functions and amenities for 5 star service
- Ensure guests have had contact made if waiting in lobby area
- Working alongside Concierge with various guest requests
- Ensure all guests receive a dandy farewell when checking out
- Maintain organisation and tidiness in porter’s room for retrieval of guest luggage
