Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements:
If you work a bank holiday, you will receive the bank holiday enhancement as set out below PLUS will receive your contracted weekly hours x 1.6 divided by 8 back to you in annual leave entitlement.
Bank Holidays overtime rate:
1) Good Friday 1½ x basic rate
2) Easter Monday 1½ x basic rate
3) May Day 1½ x basic rate
4) Spring Bank Holiday 1½ x basic rate
5) August Bank holiday 1½ x basic rate
6) Christmas Day 3 x rate of shift
7) Boxing Day 2 x rate of shift
8) New Year’s Day 2 x rate of shift
9) New Year’s Eve (from 2pm) 2 x rate of shift
If you don’t work a bank holiday, you are paid your contracted weekly hours x 1.6 divided by 8 with no reduction in your annual leave entitlement.

Job Description:
- Daily care duties including general assistance & personal care such as nutrition and hygiene.
- Previous experience preferable but not necessarily required.
