We are a construction and refurbishment firm working all over the UK. We are looking for a Self-employed Semi skilled labourer to assist with construction and refurbishment work. We mainly deal in commercial refurbishment and property maintenance. The right candidate must be the following:
To be a good timekeeper
Be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
As our sites are throughout the UK must be willing to work away when needed.
Be able to take instruction and carry out works best to ability.
Pro-active attitude with good organisational skills
Experience of building / construction work
Must hold Full UK driving license
Must live close to Blackburn due to call outs
Job Type: Self-employed, Minimum hours agreement discussed
Wage may be reviewed after 3 months dependent on skill and experience.
Work would involve working throughout the UK, working away Monday - Friday
CSCS Card Required
Travel time and subsistence allowance is paid extra.
