We are seeking Community Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Complesso offers a competitive salary of £14.83 per hour and we specialise in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and cognitive impairment.
Hours: 30 hours contract available, must be flexible to work days and sleep in shifts

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals within their own home working between the hours of 7:30-22:30. Can be flexible.
- Supporting a service user with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and cognitive impairment
- Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prepping
- Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
- Support with personal care
- Participating in physical activities, exercises and walks.
Required from you:
- Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- High Energy- bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND BUSINESS INSURANCE
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be strong willed and passionate
- Be involved in outdoor activities
- Experience required
- A passion for supporting individuals
- Flexibility working hours and be able to work every other weekend
