We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high property and tenant management standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring properties are inspection-ready, supporting tenant relations, and managing key operational responsibilities across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property keys and access arrangements efficiently
- Conduct tenancy inspections, property visits, and portfolio checks
- Handle tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Carry out urgent site visits when required
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and viewing-ready
- Support tenant communication and resolve property-related concerns professionally
- Coordinate with contractors, staff, and external agents when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and operational organisation across the portfolio
About You
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Able to take initiative and work on the front foot
- Previous property management or lettings experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid home-office environment with regular site visits
- Must know how to drive and hold a valid UK driving licence
