Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Location of Job: SURBITON KT5 8JT
(MUST LIVE LOCALLY AND/OR DRIVE)
Salary: £14.00
Times: - MONDAY-FRIDAY 2AM- 7:30AM(5.5 HOURS)
SATURDAY-SUNDAY 2AM-7AM ( 5 HOURS)
Duties and responsibilities:
· Carrying out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping and cleaning windows, polishing, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning toilets and office areas.
· Removing old food from communal fridges or cupboards and disposing of waste
· Emptying the rubbish and recycling bins
· Cleaning spills or accidents and thoroughly disinfecting an area afterwards
· Safely diluting industrial cleaning chemicals and using them at the appropriate levels
· Always Maintaining Health and Safety standards
· Keeping cleaning supplies stocked
· Maintaining cleaning equipment in full working order and carrying out repairs when necessary
· Completing a set number of daily tasks as specified by any Supervisor
· Dealing with Area Manager/Clients requests promptly and courteously.
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Well presented, always wearing full uniform on site.
Training:
· You will be provided with COSHH, Health and Safety and all other relevant training for this role on site by your assigned Area Manager.

Experience:
· Commercial Cleaning experience is an advantage, however full training will be given.
· Enhanced DBS certification is an advantage; however, we will process an application for you if required for this role.
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
