Role & Responsibilities
- Work on the curriculum delivery strategy for various ages and learning levels
- Creating the learning schemes with tracking and measurable outcomes
- Creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive play environment that supports the learning and development of children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observe, track, and record children's progress, sharing achievements with parents and carers.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Attend weekly meetings and planning sessions which are included within the 16 hours but are outside the normal childrens sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children
- A warm, patient, and creative approach to working with young children and their varying needs.
