Overview
We are seeking a self-employed Boss Pizza Delivery Driver who owns their own vehicle to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work independently while delivering excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous delivery driver experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle deliveries efficiently and safely. Applicants must possess a valid UK driver’s licence (max 6 points), Own Car with valid MOT and insurance and have the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and other food orders promptly and safely to customers’ specified locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly, providing receipts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times or any issues that may arise.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries.
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to optimise time and fuel consumption.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with excellent driving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
