Job Summary
We are seeking experienced CSCS Carded Cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidates will possess valid CSCS cards and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services on construction sites and commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the project duration. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including removing debris, dust, and waste materials
- Maintain hygiene standards in designated areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with site preparation and post-completion cleaning tasks as required
- Follow site-specific health and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with site managers and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card for cleaners or relevant construction site certification
- Experience in commercial or construction cleaning is preferred
- Ability to operate basic cleaning machinery and tools safely
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with site personnel or clients
- Driving licence is desirable but not essential; flexibility to travel between sites is advantageous
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on-site
Pay: £12.21-£17.73 per hour
