Female Support Worker – Matford, Exeter
Pioneering Independence Ltd. provides support to people living in the community, the services provided are designed to meet the individual’s needs, support is given for daily living tasks, relationships, education, employment, and social activities.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced female support worker's to join our organisation. Someone who is resilient and will be committed to making a difference to the individuals life, as there will be difficult days, so we need someone that will see beyond those moments and remain committed to this individual's growth. Having the patience and understanding of how life experiences have shaped this individual is very important, along with self-motivation and having the ability to think on your feet and use initiative.
The team need to be upbeat, possess good planning skills, able to adapt, have a creative flair, be able to adhere to structure and to consistently follow measures and guidelines which have been put into place.

We are looking for full time and part time employees to work shifts which includes weekends and Bank Holidays. We are looking for individual's who will inspire and embrace the challenges. Do you have the motivation and the can-do attitude that we are looking for?
£12.21 per hour
A competitive sleep rate of £80.19.

The types of shifts you will be rota'd for are:
Long Day - 10.00hrs to 23.00hrs + sleep (23.00-08.00) then finishing at 10.00am
